New Code of Conduct for NSW
Following a review of the Code of Conduct operating in NSW for Unregistered Health Practitioners, an amended Code of Conduct came into force in NSW on 1 September 2012. Counsellors and psychotherapists practicing in NSW are required to comply with this Code and to display the Code at their place of practice. This requirement applies to self-employed practitioners, private businesses, and non-government and charitable organisations where practitioners are employed.
