New Member Portal

PACFA has been developing a new Member Portal which will be launched in April this year. The Member Portal is being developed in response to the needs of PACFA Member Associations and aims to reduce their administrative burden by making the processing of membership applications and renewals quicker and easier. The Portal has been developed as a Pilot Project with CAPA NSW and four other Membership Associations.

Anticipated benefits of the Member Portal:

  • Save time and money on administration through an online membership system with automated processing functions.
  • Improve the Member experience by reducing paperwork required to apply and maintain membership and registration.
  • Provide online tracking of PD, client and supervision hours.
  • Enable online Member payments.
  • Provide an online PD booking system.
